Not exactly a surprise. I dare say the US probably keeps a constantly updated list of scenarios for every rogue nation, in the case it should develop any WMD. But naturally, especially in the world climate we ourselves have fostered, we had better have a lot of proof, and make it plain to the world, if we end up needing to act. And we had better be more well prepared for what will come after.
By the way, I always appreciate the maps. Geography was never my best subject.
